For an individual REALTOR to receive this designation, the REALTOR must receive an 85% overall satisfaction index (measured between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 with over 50% of all clients being surveyed. Clients both on the buying and selling side of homes in Rochester are surveyed with any feedback being provided back to the Principle Broker and the REALTOR to help in agent development.
“In all honesty, I would rather receive this designation over being promoted as an agent that sells millions of dollars worth of property with a team of agents that end up with clients hating the level of service they received ,” said Myers. “All too many times, we forget that we are here for – the clients. They need us to take them thru one of the biggest purchases (or sales) they will make in their lifetime. We’re here to guide and council. Not to just take a commission and put the client in the most expensive house they can afford or quickly sell a house leaving cash on the table.” Myers added, “My clients get a lesson in Real Estate 101, but when I finish up their deal, they have the equivalent of a Masters Degree and wonder how they could have ever taken it on alone.”
