Simply stated, as a Buyer Representative, I am your personal advocate, a REALTOR who represents YOU and only you, in the purchase of your home.

WHY Do You Need A Buyer Representative?
When purchasing a home, buyers need my personal representation, independent counseling and help! With the advent of Buyer Representation, I give buyers assurance of receiving loyalty, confidence and trust, as well as complete and accurate market data, confidentiality and full disclosure of the strengths a nd weaknesses of any property being considered for purchase.

As a Buyer Representative, I work solely for the buyer! I have no fiduciary or other responsibilities to the seller. The one an only concern I have is helping you find, purchase and finance a home that's right for you.

HOW Do You Benefit?
As your REALTOR, I work exclusively as your buyer representative providing a number of features and benefits that you may expect from the relationship, including but not limited to:

I work to show you ALL the properties that are available in your price range, even unlisted homes such as For Sale By Owner and Real Estate Owned properties.

To find an even broader list of exclusive homes, I canvass property that is not currently for sale but that you might be interested in purchasing, including new homes. This can be especially helpful if you are in a market where there are more buyers than sellers.

As a buyer, you can count on me for more detailed information about properties that are attractive to you, and more candor concerning any negative aspects of properties that you're considering.

Helping you make informed decisions determined by your personal needs is another benefit of working with my discrete team.
