Create a Marketing Plan for Your Home

Selling a home can entail a variety of marketing strategies. Once listed, your home will be quickly entered into the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and placed on MyRochesterAgent.com, HUNTREALESTATE.com and by using a REALTOR, hundreds more will receive the information on your listing.. Much of an REALTOR’s work will be quiet and unseen – yet important.
