The guest suites of this waterfront estate have been carefully thought out to reflect how it’s guest would want to remember their stay. The estate has 2 true suites on the 2nd floor with shared amenities that are designed with the comfort of the guests in mind. The 3 guest suite is the “Fireplace Room” that was designed as a two function room. The 3rd floor guest quarters is another residence of its own and worth it’s own look. There is a story behind each room, how it was decorated and how it was named – we’ll tell you all about the estates guest suite when you come to explore the beach….
The Abu Suite:
Part of the “Jack N’ Jill” suites located on the upper, northeast corner of the estate, it has two water-view windows on the waterfront, a window seat facing the pier, a shared full bath and direct access to a large sleeping porch that is shared with the Coca Suite.

The Abu Suite is one of two guest suites that has a working fireplace in the room and two hanging chandeliers. The mentioned sleeping porch is pictured in the background right and the window seat is on the left.

The Coca Suite:
The Coca Suite is the other side of the “Jack N’ Jill” suite that is attached to the Abu waterside suite. Windows located on the southeastern corner of the estate bring in the early morning sun until late in the day.
The Coca Suite
The Coca Suite shares the same bath as the Abu Suite with access to the sleeping porch thru french doors (right side of photo), the shared bath (left side of photo) and has views of the front yard landscaped with weeping cherry and Japanese maple trees.

The Fireside Suite:
This unique suite doubles as both a “quite space” that can be utilized as a reading room using the daybed as a couch – perfect to curl up with a good book. Or, as the house fills with guests from near and far, the daybed is the perfect guest room with the daybed expanding out to a full king.

The Fireside Suite is another suite that has a working fireplace, ample closet space, chandelier and hardwood flooring
