Remodeled for entertaining, your private theater / media room has a vaulted wood ceiling, hardwood floors, a custom built wet bar with granite countertop and brass foot railings to make the ultimate snack bar. The spacious seating area is surrounded by new energy efficient windows which provides cheering light in the day and can be covered with blackout shades for viewing the game at any time. Access is from the back staircase, the main upstairs hallway, or the elevator from the kitchen area.
This theater / media room serves two purposes. Both as a place to relax, read and entertain with the screen neatly tucked away in the daylight mode. Or, drop the huge 120″ screen with the 1080p Hi-Definition projector with surround sound and let the sights and sound blow you away. The blackout shades provide the darkness needed for the perfect projection setting. The wall mounted sconces add just enough light to set the mood for a perfect movie night experience.
When the night is over, it’s just a quick escape up the hall to either one of the guest suites, master suite or 3rd floor guest quarters.
